By accessing or using the Oikos Project Management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the platform.
Oikos Project Management provides a project management platform for residential construction clients. The Service includes consultation booking, project tracking, milestone management, document sharing, and communication tools between clients and the Oikos team.
Free consultations are offered at no charge and are subject to availability. Oikos Project Management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel consultations. Clients are requested to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule.
All quotations provided through this platform are estimates based on information submitted and are valid for the period stated on the quotation document (default 30 days). Final pricing is subject to site assessment and formal contract agreement. Quoted prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Construction projects are managed through agreed-upon milestones. Payment schedules are tied to milestone completion as stipulated in the formal construction agreement. No payment obligations arise from using this platform alone — all financial commitments are formalised through signed contracts.

You are responsible for any content you upload to the platform. You may not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights. Oikos Project Management retains the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
All content on this platform including logos, text, design, and software is the property of Oikos Project Management and may not be reproduced without written permission. Project documents and plans prepared for a specific client remain the property of that client upon full settlement of contractual obligations.
Oikos Project Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding uptime or uninterrupted service availability.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
