Consultation
Every project begins with a private consultation — no forms, no pressure. We want to understand your vision, your site, your budget range, and your timeline. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
We offer in-person or virtual consultations across Western Cape — based on the West Coast. Most initial consultations take 45–60 minutes.

Scope & Feasibility
Before any pricing, we assess the technical realities of your project. Site conditions, council requirements, structural considerations, and material availability all inform what we can deliver — and when.
This stage prevents surprises later. We'd rather have an honest conversation now than a difficult one mid-build.

Planning & Pricing
We prepare a clear, structured proposal that outlines your scope, estimated costs, timelines, and next steps — so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
No vague estimates. No hidden line items. Our proposals are designed to be read, understood, and trusted.

Build Execution
Once contracted, your dedicated project manager takes ownership. You receive regular progress updates, site access at any point, and direct communication with our team throughout the entire build.
We maintain full material and subcontractor oversight in-house. Your home is never passed to someone we don't know.

Handover
Before you walk through the door, we walk through every room. Snagging is completed internally, all systems are commissioned, and documentation is handed over in full. Then, and only then, do we hand you the keys.
Post-handover, our team remains available for a 30-day support window. We stand behind our work.
